steveworks is a construction and renovation contracting company.  Our projects range from home repairs to major renovations including new kitchens, baths, room and 2^nd floor additions, and new roof lines.  We build semi-custom and custom cabinetry, woodworking and “built-ins”.

 

Steve Greenberg formed Steveworks Construction LLC with a few simple goals in mind:

 

He enjoys problem solving and coming up with a creative solution for your needs. He always puts himself in the client's' place and asks “what would I expect to receive and how would I want my project to be run?”

 

We understand that any project is an intrusion into your lifestyle. We strive to minimze that disruption by maintaining a clean, safe jobsite, and keeping the job continuously moving along.  steveworks will not jump from job to job and leave you hanging.

 

We strive to get business from your referrals. We know that for every satisfied client many more will follow. That’s great for you and for us.

 

Communications is one of the keys to a successful project.  You will find that from the proposal stage though to the punch list our site manager or lead carpenter will keep you informed on how the job is proceeding.  As we are owner operated, Steve is personally involved in every project, and is always available if you have any comments, questions or concerns.  We want this to be a positive experience for you and as stress-free as possible.

 

At the end of your project, you will receive a project binder which will include the service manuals for any equipment that was installed, a paint color schedule, and specs for any other colorants, finishes, tiles or grouts used.  Reference numbers for all trim used will be provided.  We will give you a care guide for the flooring and counter surfaces.  We will also try to photograph the wall interiors to show the locations of the plumbing and electric lines. We don’t want you to have any surprises!

 

Upon request we will bring “Mugs”, our pure breed (we think) Boxer dog, to the site with us. Mugs loves to play with children.  He is also very happy to just lie in the sun and "supervise" the crew.
